Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Options

Free Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days after shipment.

Express Shipping

  • Flat rate: $9.99

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days after shipment.

Delivery estimates begin once your order has been shipped and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (when available). Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier service interruptions

  • High shipping volumes

  • Remote delivery locations

AuraCare Cosmetics is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping addresses are accurate and complete at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged package or products (if applicable)

We will review the situation and work with you to find a suitable resolution.
