How much is the shipping?
You will be notified of your shipping costs when you get to the online checkout when placing your order. After the shipping address has been entered, the shipping cost will display on the checkout screen.
Do you allow refunds or returns?
If you received incorrect items, missing items or damaged/defective items during delivery, you may be eligible for an exchange after 7 days of receiving your item. If 7 days have gone by since you first receive your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Defective/damaged items and incorrect items can only be exchanged with the same item or store credit of the same amount.
Please email auracare@fasonss.com to initiate the refund with the subject as REFUND/EXCHANGE. Our customer service representative will assist you with the Exchange and guide you through the process.
